Mint
- Mint is a remedy to manage ailments related to the digestive tract, oral, respiratory and skin disorders such as acne, insect bites & burns.
- It is found to alleviate migraine pains, minor aches, muscle sprains and cramps.

Coriander
- Coriander leaves fight food poisoning and lower blood sugar levels.
- They relieve urinary tract infections and help in maintaining a healthy menstrual cycle while preventing neurological inflammations and diseases.
- Tip – Add coriander leaves to boiling water. Let it cool down and then consume it. Drink this water every morning to cleanse the stomach.

Parsley
As a biennial plant, parsley grows vegetatively for its first season of growth, overwinters, and then flowers in the second season. The compound leaves—deep green, tender, and either flat or deeply frilled (curly)—develop in a cluster the first season; these are harvested for use.

Courgette
Zucchini is a long, slender, cucumber-like green vegetable that is also called squash. The green variant has firm flesh and a mild flavour. .It can be lightly cooked and consumed with the peel as it contains beta-carotene and lutein. Chopped/ sliced zucchinis sauteed in olive oil and sesame seeds make a tasty side dish. Chop it into stews and spaghetti dishes or add it as a topping on pizza.

- Bottle brinjals are a nutritionally rich food item. They are rich in dietery fibres, Vitamin C and K, phytonutrient compounds and anti-oxidants.
- They help in keeping cholesterol levels in check and helps in weight loss while being excellent for controlling blood sugar levels and are also known for preventing cancer and heart diseases.
